He has a proven history of change management in successfully remediating operating divisions and developing new claims product units, having led multi-disciplinary Australian and New Zealand Claims teams at Australia’s largest Third Party Claims Administrator, Gallagher Bassett.
He was instrumental in the establishment of Australian specialist teams managing multi product claims for the Lloyds market and led claim responses to some of the southern hemisphere’s largest natural disasters across Australia and NZ. His team’s claims response to the Christchurch earthquake was recognised with a Global Operations award.
