Demonstration Terms

I/We agree that my/our attendance in the demonstration (demo) is upon the basis of my/our agreement to the terms outlined in this confirmation.

Confidentiality:

I/We acknowledge that the information disclosed during the demo, including but not limited to all technical and business information, software ideas, methodologies, code, algorithms, business strategies, customer lists, and any other proprietary information, is confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Crestsure Limited. I/We agree to use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating the BoardCore360 and for no other purpose.

Intellectual Property:

All materials and information provided during the demo, including any methodologies, code, algorithms, business strategies, documentation, and related materials, are the intellectual property of Crestsure Limited. I/We acknowledge and agree that no rights or licenses to any intellectual property are granted, for the purpose of evaluating the BoardCore360. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the provided materials is strictly prohibited.
